Client Spotlight: Luggage Free
From 2013 to 2017 I had the privilege of being the brand manager and graphic designer for Luggage Free.

Customer Centric Design
This 2017 homepage update to our 2013 website was designed according to the specifications of Jeff Boyd, Founder of Luggage Free. Of the three designs submitted, his won the A/B testing round over our SEO specialist and my own. This was a tremendous lesson for all of us since Jeff was closest to the customer and their values. I never would have designed such a simplistic page, but the customers wanted to be reassured on all these five points.

Email Headers
Our emails were simple—a seasonal header with a caption. They were effective in keeping us on customers’ minds.

The 2017 Travel Manifesto
We gathered pages of numerical data into a visually pleasing format to create this 27 page infographic which served as a marketing and sales tool for the company. It was designed to be viewed as a pdf on a desktop or printed as needed, bound, and handed to a client. I worked with a financial analyst to identify an appropriate hierarchy of information, and used graphs, charts, and imagery to make the information easily understandable.
